Welcome to Madrasha of Eternal Wisdom (MOEW). By accessing or enrolling in our online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. 📚 Services Offered

MOEW provides online Islamic educational services including but not limited to:

• Qur'an memorization (Hifz)

• Nurani Qaida and Arabic reading

• Seerah (Sirat) of the Prophet ﷺ

• Moktob – General Islamic studies

All courses are delivered online via scheduled classes, digital resources, and evaluations.

2. 💳 Payment Terms

A. Online Payments

We accept secure online payments via Stripe, allowing users to pay using:

• Visa

• MasterCard

• American Express

• Other Stripe-supported cards

B. Offline Payments

We also support manual payments via:

• bKash

• Nagad

• Bank Transfer

Offline payments must be confirmed by submitting a payment receipt to our admin team via email or WhatsApp before course access is granted.

Note: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under our refund policy.

3. 🔁 Refund Policy

MOEW does not generally offer refunds once classes have begun. In exceptional cases (e.g., technical failure, duplicate payment), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact: [Insert contact email].

4. 📅 Class Schedule & Attendance

• Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

• Weekly exams and assessments are mandatory unless a valid excuse is communicated in advance.

• Repeated absences may result in removal from the program.

5. 📩 Communication and Notifications

Parents/guardians receive regular updates on student progress via:

• Email

• SMS

• WhatsApp (optional)

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure contact information remains accurate.

6. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Code of Conduct

All users must respect Islamic etiquette during classes. MOEW reserves the right to suspend or remove any user for behavior that disrupts the learning environment, including:

• Inappropriate language

• Harassment or abuse

• Disrespect toward teachers or classmates
